In the past few weeks, we’ve shown a few fixer-uppers (that’s putting it nicely, depending on your outlook) that are currently up for sale around Detroit. This Southwest Detroit home was listed for $80K (now pending); we also saw three others—-all still for sale—listed between $80K and $175K.
