Which University District home would you choose?

Today, we’re looking at a few recent houses for sale in the University District. This neighborhood has impressive homes and a strong neighborhood association. These houses vary in price points and updating. Which would you choose? Vote in our poll below.






18054 Parkside: $250,000

This four-bedroom house has lovely curb appeal, and could use some updating inside. But it’s in good condition, and if the new owner chose to update, they could go room-by-room. The home is nearly 2,500 square feet, with a fireplace in the living room, crown molding, french doors, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and a deck in the backyard.






18984 Birchcrest: $310,000

If you’re a fan of back splash, this three-bedroom home could be a good choice. This home is a little smaller than the first, but it includes a finished basement. Also find updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. This house also has a balcony and an enclosed porch, plus a decent-sized backyard.






18489 Parkside: $365,000

Here’s a four-bedroom, 3,276-square-foot renovated home in the University District. This has a nice front porch, a handsome fireplace, and a lot of updated finishes you’ll find at your favorite home improvement store. It also has a few older details, like tiling in one of the bathrooms and a rec room-like basement. It also has an enclosed porch and a garage out back.
