We now have a better idea of what the new condos under construction along Mack Avenue will look like, along with their cost. Now called James Place Lofts, the development will have 11 for-sale, two-bedroom condos and will range from mid-$400K to mid-$500K.

The condos are now up for sale and should be ready this fall. The newly-formed Alexander Real Estate is leading the sales. The design is led by Krieger Klatt Architects.

According to a press release, the condos will have 10-foot ceilings; walk-in master closets; Smart Home Lights, Sound, and Voice Features; oak floors; and private patios or balconies. Owners can customize finishes. Townhouses and garden-level condos will be available.

This is one of many developments underway in Brush Park, as the downtown-adjacent neighborhood is now highly-desirable. The City Modern development is bringing hundreds of new residences to the middle of the neighborhood, while more new construction and new condos are in the works.
